What to Expect Before and After Your Treatment
Before:
Ice is applied to numb the treatment area for comfort. Botox is then carefully injected with thin needles, and the procedure takes only a few minutes.
After:
You may experience mild redness, bruising, or swelling, which typically resolves within a few days. Botox starts working immediately, with full results visible in 1 to 2 weeks. The effects last 3 to 6 months before a touch-up is needed.
